As I began my own process of building a supportive and manageable morning routine, I didn’t have a lot of help or online material. I heard the podcasts and read some of the books (The Miracle Morning and others) but I don’t have a cold tank or a freezing river like Tony Robbins and I don’t need to get up at 5:00 AM like Richard Branson, so copying their morning routine was not an option. I looked online and found a few articles with 10 or 15 ideas, but still not the complete listing I was looking for. Nothing to do but build the list myself.
I poured through books, blogs, and podcasts, and eventually came up with 90 pages of notes and ideas! Those ideas will make up the content of this blog as I work through the notes and think about which ideas might be useful to everyone!
